The HIIT It! Transformation program is a 12-week online training program for the busy person who can't always get to a gym. It focuses on effectively building lean muscle mass and torching fat with minimal equipment. You can do these workouts almost anywhere, including your home!
Before I had my son, Lincoln, I could devote 2 hours a day to the gym. I was definitely part of the #noexcuses train (I'm literally eye rolling at my pre-baby self). Now - my world is a completely different place. Those extra hours in my day are put toward being the best mom and wife possible.
But that doesn't mean I still don't have an extreme passion for fitness and I know the value in also being the best ME possible. That's why I created this program. I want to give the busy person a chance to hit their fitness goals without sacrificing their life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You won't be spending hours a day with this program. Instead, plan on devoting 20 - 45 minutes 5 days a week to your fitness regiment.
Workouts will focus on high intensity interval training (HIIT) mixed with weight lifting, cardio and functional training. This form of training has been proven to lower body fat, increase insulin sensitivity, improve endurance, and build lean muscle.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
You will receive 12 weeks worth of fitness programing that includes a workout of the day video and movement explanation library.
You will also receive an example meal plan, portion sizes, eating schedule and supplementation guidance.
Plus, you'll have access to a supportive fitness community Facebook group and you'll be able to email me questions any time along your HIIT Transformation journey.

Heather is a NASM certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and she is certified by Total Mommy in pre- and post-natal fitness.
Heather loves all sorts of fitness regimens but specializes in fat loss programs, HIIT, strength training, circuit training, and macro nutrition plans.
She is a new mom to her son, Lincoln, and runs the fitness lifestyle blog and coaching program - Dumbbell Blonde.
